Amgoorie India Ltd was private company incorporated in 04 May 1977. It is located in the Sibsagar District of Assam and also shared a common boundary with Nagaland. The name Amgoorie comes from two words “AMM” means Mango and “Guri” means Roots (together called as “Roots of the Mango trees”) as there were a lot of old mango trees in the garden .Siddhartha Roy, Unikoth Sivasankaran Menon, Shiv Bhasin, Pinaki Majumdar and Abrarul Hoque Choudhury are the directors of Amgoorie India Ltd.
